Friday Grooves is back as a collaboration with Echo & Bounce!
Is it a dance class? Is it a DJ set? Is there food? All of the above.
 
The perfect jump-start to a night out or shake-off from a long week, Friday Grooves is less about choreography and more about finding your groove. This non-stop movement session keeps the music flowing so you can get out of your head and into your body.
Each month, a different local DJ sets the soundtrack as we explore rhythms, experiment with sound and move purely for the joy of it.
