Friday Grooves is back as a new collaboration with Echo & Bounce - Friday 27th Feb!
Is it a dance class? Is it a DJ set? Is there Ramen? ALL of the above!
In collaboration with echo & bounce our monthly FRIDAY GROOVES sessions are back. the perfect jump start to a night out or the shake-off from a long week.Less about choreography and more about finding your groove, this non-stop movement session keeps the music flowing so you can get out of your head and into your body. Each month a different local DJ sets the soundtrack as we explore rhythms, experiment with sound and move purely for the joy of it.
BONUS: it coincides with Ramen Night, and BAP dancers receive 15% off on the night.
